A Full Stack Web Developer with an interest in web and mobile application development, business development, digital marketing, and E-Commerce account management.
My family was given our first personal computer as a gift from a family member. My brother and I played the classic mine game and solitaire for fun (the extent of gaming at the time). My passion for gaming and technology starts to evolve.
It was my sophomore year of high school and I just started my first programming course where I was taught basic HTML/CSS. I used my skills to enhance my Myspace's appearance. My friends were impressed so I did the same for them. This is where my journey with programming begins...
I graduated with a BA in Political Science with intent to go to law school. Instead I put off law school to backpack 8 weeks in Europe by myself. The following year, I manage to slip undetected into law school, despite LSAT scores 40% lower than the average and my law school admissions counselor telling me to be more "realistic". My stint at law school ends when I get huge FOMO (fear of missing out) of being apart of tech start-ups and I start to know a little more about myself. My decision was based on a regret minimization framework.
Started at UCI learning front-end and back-end web development. I end my 6-month intensive web development course in December and plan on working with a great, massively growing organization who adds great value to people's lives.
Currently, residing in Huntington Beach, CA with a passion for the ocean, technology, and programming. On my free time I like to spend time with my family, girlfriend and friends, surf, play my guitars, golf, snowboard, game, camp, and travel. My goal is to leave this world better than I found it!
"To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
